Refund policy
Each item sold as new can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as it has not been opened.
Returns made in this way entitle you to a full refund of the amount paid for the item at the time of purchase.
The refund is normally made within 20 days of the return. The time calculated in this way takes into account, among other things, the average time required to receive the return from the designated courier (5-15 working days); to process the return received (3-5 working days); and possibly to obtain authorization from the customer's bank (5-10 working days, depending on the bank).
For the purposes of the above, customers are reminded that "working days" mean non-holidays excluding Saturdays (therefore, from Monday to Friday); by "free days" we mean calendar days, therefore also including Saturdays and Sundays.
Please also remember that, for this type of return, the return costs are borne by the customer.
